PIC-PC (Parents In Control of the PC)

To purchase this software, you must download the Free Trial.  When you are happy with the product, click on the 'Purchase' button on the main dialog of the rule-setting utility. A browser window will open where you can enter a discount code if you have one, then enter payment details securely via PayPal.  You will receive a licence key by email usually within minutes.


Please note our Licences are perpetual - i.e. you do not need to pay every year!

Because we use keywords in the titles of web pages for web filtering, , you do not need to be constantly updated.
You may upgrade to new versions of the software as they become available at no charge.

*Reduced  Price Licences

Reduced Price Licences are also available to anyone giving the email address of someone who has paid the full price on one licence, If you want to give more people a chance to buy reduced-price (say through a forum or school web site) and don't want to publish your email address (it's a sure way to get lots of spam) - contact us and we will give you a discount code you can publish.  We reserve the right to limit the number of discounted licences bought against any one discount code / email address and/or give a lower discount.

EU Distance selling regulations: The 7 day cooling off period does not apply to software licences. Satisfy yourself that the software is 'fit for purpose'  during your free trial period.  When you buy a licence it is only for the PC that generates the 'iid' that is sent to us as part of the purchase. Replacement licence keys are available free in the event of disk drive replacement / reformat.

Licence terms: You will be bound by the terms of the licence you accept when installing the software.  The full licence terms are available during installation.

Because this software has a 'stealth' mode, some people may use it in ways we do not intend - so we make these warnings:

Warning: If you intend to use this software to do anything other than monitor  your own child on a computer that you own, we strongly advise you to take professional legal advice before commencing use to ensure you will be safe from either civil or criminal proceedings. For example, In some countries the monitoring of employees has been ruled an invasion of privacy.

We will never disclose your name, email address or mailing address to a third party unless compelled by a court order EXCEPT in the event we are presented with evidence that this software  may have been used
in the commission of a crime. In this case we will co-operate with any police or court officer of any jurisdiction, such cooperation to include the disclosure of all details about you that we hold in our records.
