In addition to the galleries,  PCM exhibitions and other venues  listed below, all pieces may be purchased  direct from myself (UK p&p free of charge) with secure credit / debit card  payment via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to use this).  EU legislation on web site sales guarantees you the right to return unworn items  within 7 days for a refund (in most cases - see below for details).  For very local buyers we can often bring the item  to you and take payment (cash/cheque) on delivery. 

If you wish to buy  something you have  seen at one of my exhibitions (or a variation of it) and it is not on my web site,  please Contact   me.  I can probably make one for you, and payment may be made here after I have confirmed the price and delivery time.

Although delivery time can often be as little as 2 days from order,  please allow up to 7 -10  days in busy times.  Where delivery time is important (e.g. for a birthday)  please check with me first.  Being hand-made, no two items will be completely identical.   Larger pieces containing  over 7.78 grams of silver may have a longer delivery time in order to accommodate the hallmarking process.  I will inform you if this is the case.

Secure Payments
Pendants are supplied with 18 inch solid Sterling Silver chains unless otherwise stated.  

For  design variations (different gemstones, chain type or length,  etc.) or new commissions please use my Contact  page to request a quotation.  Price for simple variations like chain length, ear-wire length, etc. may well incur little or no extra cost.

Returns Policy for Web Site Purchases

In line with the EU Distance Selling Directive if you purchase from this web site  you may return unworn items in perfect original condition and with packaging intact within 7 days of receipt.  Whatever the reason for return, you must contact me first to agree an acceptable method of return.  Any specially commissioned item, or item made to a specific size, or specially adapted for you in any way, is not covered by these regulations and in these cases I reserve the right not to give a full refund unless the item is defective. For health reasons, earrings designed for pierced ears are also not covered.  Return shipping is at your risk so I recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery. The full purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of receipt. Faulty items may of course be returned at my cost for replacement or refund. You will be responsible for the return postage cost of non-faulty items. Your rights under the Sale of Goods act and other UK consumer protection legislation are not affected.  Please note that all items are hand-made and, unlike mass-produced 'cast' jewellery,  subject to minor variations in size and shape. I endeavour to make all photographs as accurate a representation as possible, but variations in lighting, computer monitors and printers make perfect colour reproduction impossible.
