In line with the EU Distance Selling Directive if you purchase from this web site you may return unworn items in perfect original condition and with packaging intact within 7 days of receipt. Whatever the reason for return, you must contact me first to agree an acceptable method of return. Any specially commissioned item, or item made to a specific size, or specially adapted for you in any way, is not covered by these regulations and in these cases I reserve the right not to give a full refund unless the item is defective. For health reasons, earrings designed for pierced ears are also not covered. Return shipping is at your risk so I recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery. The full purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of receipt. Faulty items may of course be returned at my cost for replacement or refund. You will be responsible for the return postage cost of non-faulty items. Your rights under the Sale of Goods act and other UK consumer protection legislation are not affected. Please note that all items are hand-made and, unlike mass-produced 'cast' jewellery, subject to minor variations in size and shape. I endeavour to make all photographs as accurate a representation as possible, but variations in lighting, computer monitors and printers make perfect colour reproduction impossible.
