Fix for counter not available error
1. Note following Important Points:
a) This batch file will produce a file in c:\PICPINFO.TXT (ie in the root directory of the C drive).
You are very unlikely to have a file called that, but if so be aware this will overwrite it!!
b) This will not work if you have a non-English language version of XP
c) This fix will only work under Windows XP NOT Vista
2. Please download and run the file click here to run batch file
3. Please email the C:\PICPCINFO.TXT file to us so we can check it worked.
